Walk
with me in springtime
When
all life is fresh and new,
When
joys of youth are overflowing,
Troubles
are but few. |
|
Walk
with me in summer
All
in life we both can share,
Our
burdens shall be lightened,
Since
we travel as a pair. |

|
|

|
Walk
with me in autumn
When
our lives are turning gold,
And
signs about us signify
That
we'll soon face the cold. |
|
Walk
with me in winter
When
the world has turned away,
When
days are long, and hard and cold,
And
life has turned to gray. |

|
|
Walk with me my darling,
Until
death do us part,
And I
shall love you always
From
the depth of mine own heart.
